For Whittan Storage Systems, we printed and installed approximately 200,000 shelf labels and racking labels, over a thousand warehouse signs, a significant washing line system to hang many of those signs from, and thousands of meters of permanent line marking.

Customer Background
Working alongside Whittan Storage Systems, ELAN Europe supported a customer undertaking the development of a large-scale warehouse operation. As the facility neared completion, the customer required a complete warehouse identification system to ensure storage locations, aisles and operational areas could be clearly identified from day one.
The Challenge

More than 200,000 warehouse labels were produced and installed across the facility. These labels provide clear and durable identification for storage locations, helping operators accurately locate and manage stock.

The project included the manufacture and installation of over 1,000 warehouse signs. These signs were strategically positioned throughout the warehouse to improve navigation, support operational efficiency and enhance visibility across key storage and working areas.
Hanging Sign Infrastructure

Permanent Floor Marking
