Elan Europe has a trained and experienced team at its core while nurturing some new talent at the same time. We like the mixture of enthusiasm and experience we can bring to the materials handling industry.
So here is the team and how they support our goal of making warehouses as efficient as possible.
Corey Wilson, Sales Team
Corey joined Elan following several years in telesales and call centre work. He rapidly picked up labelling and netting and is looking forward to progressing his career as a salesperson. The arrival of his son Eli is an exciting change to Corey’s life, and he is looking forward to progressing his career and being a top parent over the next few years.
Naoimh Gill-Ward, Design Coordinator
Naoimh smashes out like jobs in the same way she smashes in tackles playing rugby for Widnes Vikings! But don’t confuse her aggression on the rugby field with a lack of caring, as she is a fully qualified nurse and the proud owner of Dougal and another Dog Reggie.
Dougal, Head of Barketing
Dougal loves nothing more than pawing through job history and pulling together top quality puplications. He loves leads more than the sales team. If he is not fetching customers he is sniffing out new pawprtunities.
Lynn Portis, Design Coordinator
Lynn has been labelling warehouses since before she started her family. The eldest is now travelling the world! A positive member of the team who tells it how it is but carries so much skill she can work on the largest projects and guide the clients to a successful outcome.
Ella Kenny, Design Coordinator
Ella is our youngest team member but comes with a level of drive and enthusiasm that is quite contagious. Elan is supporting her to get her accounting qualifications, and while doing that, she is looking out for her labelling customers. Just like her father, Pete, she has a level of responsibility that is a massive help to the company and customers alike.
Peter Kenny, Product Specialist
Another highly experienced team player, Pete is our netting product specialist. He is responsible for checking, manufacturing, drawing and sending all our netting jobs. He’s not afraid to attend the site and help a client with designing a safe system of work that would involve a safety net that deflects items straying into work or pedestrian areas.
Wyn Morgan, Project Manager
Looking after installation is site is a tricky job but luckily we have one of the best in the business. Wyn always has a smile on his face as he helps coordinate teams on sites across the UK. He lives just over the boarder in Wales but we won’t hold that against him!
Joel Green, Production Operative
Rejoining the production team after a short beak, Joel provides a very proactive, procedural and accurate skill set to Elan. Heading up next day deliveries of racking loading signs Joel, a safe set of hands is Joel and he is partial to a good documentary on the TV.
Charlotte Hodgen (Lotty), Content Writer
A highly experienced writer and marketeer, we are delighted to have Lotty on our side when it comes to explaining the theory of warehouse efficiency and safety to the world of warehouse labelling and logistics. Living just up the road from Leigh in the former cotton town of Chorley, Lotty will be supporting end users with understanding how Elan Europe helps store and move items from A-B.
Nathan Evans, Operations Director
Elan was Nathan’s first full-time job following college. In the 9 years he has been here, he has worked through the production department and into a senior management position while getting a BSC in Design and Innovation. He is great at mastering the things he takes on, including his very friendly Cockapoo, Diesel.
Diesel, Chief Morale Officer
Nothing beats this top dog when it comes to pawsitive attitudes. Keeps the engine of the company running at top speed. His fur may be curly but his mission is straight.
No Pawlitics allowed!
June Ockwell, Accounts Legend
June has only ever had two jobs, and we are delighted she chose Elan as her second. With 40 years in bookkeeping and accounting, she brings her caring team attitude to Elan with a vast level of experience. We sometimes wonder if she knows more than our accountants!
Paul Corby, Production Operative
Glory to the lord, it’s Paul. Taking responsibility for whatever comes off the printers and finishing the labels to a meticulous standard. Having worked in print finishing for 20 years, he is no stranger to the production of a tachograph or a sheet for an archaeological dig! He is now no stranger to how warehouse numbering sequences work irrespective of whether they are self-adhesive or magnetic!
Tony Gresty, MD
Tony has been labelling and netting warehouses for over 30 years. He has been responsible for many of the companies’ developments with printing and other products. Currently also takes responsibility for marketing and leading the team with direction and strategy.
David Rimmer, Non-Executive Director
David has been in the food manufacturing and contract packaging for several decades and is now semi-retired. Elan really values the experience he brings helping how we think about production and processes. He is also an excellent communicator and a great help to making Elan successful.
Rich Lincoln, Non-Executive Director
Rich has a very strong finance background and has been referred to by the chairman of a peer group as ‘A Very Safe Pair of Hands’. Like David, Rich is a highly valuable part of the management team and is helping prepare Elan for a long and successful existence.
